Why autonomous AI doesn’t fit B2B support
In B2B support, a wrong answer or an unauthorized action can damage a commercial relationship, breach an SLA or expose another customer’s data. That’s why many teams distrust chatbots that “do everything themselves” or copilots that don’t understand internal permissions.
The alternative is not to give up on AI. It is to orchestrate it: have it propose, contextualize and accelerate — but have a human approve what is sensitive.
Elevatia’s model: it proposes, it doesn’t execute
The Eleva assistant works inside your organization’s workspace with a real context pack: the customer’s account, open tickets, indexed knowledge articles and configured policies.
Automatic triage
When a new case comes in, Eleva can suggest priority, category and assignment based on rules and historical patterns. The agent reviews and confirms.
Contextualized drafts
Instead of writing from scratch, the agent receives a draft that already cites the account’s data — without pasting context manually into another tool.
Proposed actions
Status changes, reassignments or responses that affect sensitive data are presented as proposals. Only after human approval are they applied.
Traceability and audit
Every interaction with the AI is tied to the tenant, the user and the ticket context. This matters for:
- Internal quality reviews.
- Compliance in regulated environments.
- Continuous improvement of automation policies.
Granular permissions
Eleva doesn’t see “the whole internet”. It sees what your role allows within your organization’s isolated workspace. Multi-tenant on EU cloud with per-organization isolation.
Compared with a portal chatbot
A customer-facing chatbot answers FAQs. Eleva assists the internal team with operational depth: it doesn’t replace the agent, it amplifies them.
Integration with external tools via MCP
Elevatia exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so clients like Claude Desktop or Cursor can access tools with the same context and governance as the API — without duplicating integrations or bypassing permissions.
A pilot to validate the flow
We are looking for 3–5 B2B teams for a free ~4-week pilot. You will test triage, drafts and the approval flow with direct onboarding from the founders.
