Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The website elevatia.io and the Elevatia pilot program are run by the project owners during the pre-launch phase. Contact: info@elevatia.io.
2. Data we collect
Through the pilot request form we may collect:
- Email (required)
- Name (required)
- Company (optional)
- Team size (optional)
- Free-text note or message (optional)
If you book an external demo (Calendly), the data you enter there is governed by that service's privacy policy.
3. Purpose
- Manage your free pilot request
- Contact you about fit, onboarding and next steps
- Improve the product with aggregated pilot feedback
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
Consent given when submitting the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and legitimate interest in managing pre-launch requests and proportionate B2B commercial communication (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
5. Retention
We keep the data for the duration of the pilot or pre-launch relationship, or until you request deletion. After a reasonable period of inactivity we delete or anonymize it.
6. Processors and recipients
We use the technical providers needed to run the site:
- Web3Forms — form reception and email forwarding
- IONOS — web hosting
- Calendly — demo booking (if you use it)
We do not transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Elevatia.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA with adequate contractual safeguards. The Elevatia product is designed to run on infrastructure within the European Union.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, object to, restrict the processing of and request portability of your data by writing to info@elevatia.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Minors
Elevatia is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.
